CHRIS WALLACE

Chris is CEO of Sodia and is passionate about working with leaders to enable success for their organisations, their teams and themselves. Chris has extensive experience partnering with CEO’s and Executive Leaders in national and multi-national organisations (Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa) across the banking, financial services, insurance, health and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to joining Sodia Chris was CEO of Oaktree, Australia’s largest youth-led international development organisation, empowering young people to transform their local communities to build an equitable, just and sustainable world.

With a background in law and a distinct knack for knowing what it truly takes to successfully lead organisational change, and create a step-change in business performance, Chris has empowered leaders all over the world to transform their organisations through their greatest asset, their people.

Outside of work, Chris’ ideal day starts with a trail run in the mountains, followed by time outdoors with his wife and young kids.

NONTUTHUKO NGWENYA

Nontuthuko is Business Enablement for South Africa. Nontuthuko brings relationship building, maintaining and organisational skills to the business.

Nontuthuko helps business units choose good and practical venues for their leadership development programmes. She ensures that the tech support and hospitatlity is organised and working. She also provides logistal support for the Sodia team as and when needed

In my spare time, Nontu enjoys making beautiful floral arrangements. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, sisters, friends, and taking long walks on the beach or in the park.

MICHELLE MACAULAY

Michelle is passionate about helping organisations create the conditions for people to be the best version of themselves and achieve great outcomes. She loves working with CEO’s, Executive teams and Senior Leaders to build their capability in leading change by developing greater clarity and insight, and expanding their perspective to lead more effectively in a complex and ever-changing world.

Michelle has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across both the private and public sectors in Australia with a strong focus in health, disability and financial services. She has deep expertise in culture change, leadership development, executive coaching, talent management and human capital strategy, and has led large-scale organisational change and transformation programs.

Michelle is an IECL Level 3 Certified Organisational Coach, a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner and is accredited in the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Global Competency Framework, The Leadership Circle Profile and the Lifestyle Inventory (LSI) & Group Style Inventory (GSI).

In her spare time (if there is such a thing!), Michelle loves hanging out with her family, friends and fuzzies, going for walks and/or catching a movie. She is also a passionate ally of the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities.

TANYA LORGE

Tanya is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in change and transformation across a wide range of industries including the Financial, Healthcare and Technology sectors. She partners with executive leaders to align on their core purpose, shape their vision of success and provide insights on the shifts necessary for effective leadership. As a result, they are empowered to lead with clarity, purpose and confidence, accelerating their own personal growth and the success of their teams.

As a HPCSA registered Industrial Psychologist with a deep understanding of human behaviour in the workplace, Tanya brings a unique, people-centred approach to change with a focus on the psychological, neurological and practical elements of transformation.

Tanya has travelled extensively, exploring many corners of the world ranging from Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Europe, Israel and parts of Africa. Her travels have allowed her to experience a diverse range of customs, traditions and ways of life which has shaped her perspective and understanding of different cultures and people.

Outside of work, Tanya’s idea of a truly wholesome day revolves around quality time spent with her boys, extended family, and close friends. family and travel. She is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and believes in the importance of physical activity to balance the demands of being a professional and a mom.

ZAMA NGCOBO

Zama is a seasoned Senior Consultant who partners with leaders to build capability in leading organisational transformation and supporting delivery teams in aligning to their purpose and enhancing their performance in pursuit of business goals.

Zama’s people-centric approach enables an environment for teams and individuals to explore and gain greater clarity and insights on their purpose and vision of success.

Zama has ten years of experience in strategy consulting, with a strong background across multiple industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Education, Mining and Agriculture. She has successfully tackled complex strategic and operational challenges and built lasting relationships with clients.

Zama is skilled in strategy development, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, conducting situational and business analysis, operating model design and organisational design. Zama thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on driving positive change in people, businesses and the community.

In her spare time, Zama spends her time doing creative activities such as painting, DIY projects and Kizomba dance. She is also a freelance makeup artist and nail tech.

Phil Glaser

Phil is an internationally renowned specialist in large-scale organisational transformation and creating competitive advantage through maximising the intangible organisational assets of culture, leadership and brand to achieve high performance.

ANGE BEATTIE

Ange is a strategic, systemic thinker who acts as the ‘connective tissue’ across the business and client partnerships. She brings a high degree of experience and maturity to delivering business outcomes that delight and serve clients and teams. Ange is driven by her passion for excellence in facilitating systemic change that empowers leaders, teams and organisations to thrive.

Ange drives the strategic execution of client outcomes across multiple geographies, as well as providing ongoing leadership to our team that nurtures our client partnerships. She has proactively built highly credible, long-standing relationships with key client stakeholders to achieve successful partnerships.

More broadly, Ange has a long-standing interest in brokering partnerships for the betterment of communities and society. This was pointedly expressed during her time at Artesian Foundation where she was the general manager and driver of connecting Australian-wide corporates such as Medibank and Coles with causes that worked to empower youth in regional communities. This was an exciting opportunity to create the conditions for successful partnership discussions through curated outback experiences that showcased the great work and emerging needs of young people in regional communities across QLD, NSW and SA.

Creating space for life outside of work is important to Ange, especially living with 2 active teenagers and a young adult daughter. She is the greatest champion (she believes) of her three children and time with her family, including her 9-year-old German Shepherd, is where the heart is.

KAT HO

Kat is a client engagement and operations specialist with over a decade of experience spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Throughout her career, she has held roles in client engagement, marketing and brand management.

Combining strategic insight with operational expertise, Kat brings the ability to create innovative solutions that drive results. She is passionate about building and nurturing meaningful relationships with stakeholders and consistently works to elevate client experiences, ensuring they leave a lasting impact.

Kat is also deeply committed to supporting multicultural communities, actively working to bridge cultural and language barriers. Through her local volunteer efforts, she strives to create more inclusive, interconnected environments that celebrate diversity and foster unity.

Outside of work, Kat is a lifelong learner. Recently, she is exploring her creative side, dedicating her free time to learning guitar and videography, continually expanding her skill set and embracing new challenges.

SANJ SADASHIVA

Sanj is an experienced Client Manager who specialises in partnering with organisations to navigate complex transformations and align culture with strategy. With a Master’s in Engineering Management and a background in IT, she brings a structured, analytical approach while focusing on the human side of organisational change.

At Sodia, Sanj leads the planning and delivery of projects with a strong emphasis on seamless execution and exceptional client experience. She is particularly passionate about enabling senior leaders to lead change effectively and foster collaboration within their teams.

Sanj has played a lead role in executing Sodia’s flagship Leadership Summits across Australia, South Africa, and Hong Kong, engaging senior leaders to co-create their change journey, equip them to lead transformation, align teams and embed leadership habits to drive and sustain organisational performance.

Outside of work, Sanj enjoys travelling with her husband and exploring new cultures. She is also a committed community volunteer and dedicates time to caring for stray animals whenever she visits India.

LISA DIMITROFF

Lisa is a strong believer in operational excellence and has been influential in many organisational shifts resulting in greater productivity and a higher performing culture. Having worked extensively in the vast manufacturing landscape in Australia, New Zealand and the pacific region she is able to offer a broad knowledge base and pragmatic solutions.

Some of Lisa’s most influential work includes year on year top and bottom-line growth at own of Australia’s largest privately owned organisations, as well as Introducing the first liner free labelling machine to the Australian market, spearheading sustainability and responsible packaging choices.

Prior to joining Sodia, Lisa worked in both Australia and New Zealand in the industrial automation sector. She has also led her own consultancy practice, taking primarily product based businesses from start up to first employee.

Lisa is passionate about wine, good food and spending as much time as possible at the beach with her family.

SIHLE DAVIDS

Sihle is an experienced marketing and business strategist with a background in senior marketing roles at FNB, Ernst & Young, and Smollan. Her expertise spans integrated marketing, product development and brand management, as well as leadership development initiatives that help leaders gain insights to enhance their impact.

Sihle’s mission is to foster collaborative relationships with C-suite leaders, driving strategies that exceed market expectations. With competencies in market research and digital marketing, she is passionate about leveraging these skills to facilitate strategic discussions and co-create action plans to achieve successful outcomes.

Sihle is currently undertaking a Masters in Business Adminstration to further enrich and complement her existing suite of skills and experience.

STEPHEN BRACKEN

Stephen is a strategic thinker, storyteller and leadership specialist who has worked in the fields of brand strategy, strategic communications and leader-led organisational change, both in Australia and internationally, for over 25 years.

Stephen has worked with senior executives across the both the private and not-for-profit sectors in both Australia and globally, helping them to craft powerful narratives that align with their personal sense of purpose, respond to the needs of their key stakeholders, and enhance their ability to exert influence and deliver outcomes.

Stephen is also heavily involved in local community development, part of a small group of committed people serving and supporting disadvantaged people to help them overcome challenges, rebuild lost lives and rediscover their true identity and potential.

Outside of work, Stephen pursues a number of interests that he is passionate about. He loves the challenge, unpredictable nature and raw natural beauty of surfing, as well as the mental focus, skill application and competitive environment of playing tennis (esp. Singles). Stephen also lives on a small farm, which incorporates a lifestyle of everything from repairing fences and building sheds, to slashing paddocks and working with horses. Photography is his favourite creative outlet – attempting to capture the ordinary in extraordinary ways.

BROOKE LOWERY

Brooke is an experienced Executive Assistant with a passion for excellence in client experience.

Brooke is one of Sodia’s Business Enablement Managers, supporting our Australasian and UK geographies. She is also Executive Assistant to both our Chairman Phillip Glaser and CEO Christopher Wallace.

Brooke has worked with Directors across a range of industries with a key focus on supporting business operations, structural changes and client management.

Brooke’s time outside of the office is often spent with family and friends, enjoying a meal and a laugh together whenever the opportunity presents.
