Every Sodia engagement is conducted with the highest level of confidentiality. This is not a policy. It is a foundational condition of the work.
Leadership transformation requires leaders to examine aspects of their identity, behaviour and professional history that are deeply personal — sometimes uncomfortable, often consequential. That examination is only possible when leaders know, with absolute certainty, that what surfaces in the process stays there.
Sodia does not disclose the identity of clients, the nature of engagements, or the content of any work without explicit consent. Our case studies are published only with the knowledge and approval of the organisations and individuals involved. The names and personal details of individual leaders are never shared without their express permission.
Sodia takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect any personal or organisational information shared with us in the course of an engagement. This includes secure storage, restricted access and clear data retention practices.
Beyond formal policy, Sodia operates by a culture of discretion. Our practitioners do not discuss client work in public or social contexts. We do not use client engagements as case study material without consent. We do not name clients in conversations with other clients or prospects.
The case studies published on this website represent engagements where the client has explicitly agreed to be named and where the account of the work has been reviewed and approved. They are not representative of the full scope of Sodia’s work — most of our engagements remain entirely confidential.
