Ange Beattie is a strategic systems thinker and acts as the connective tissue across client partnerships and internal operations. She brings a high degree of experience and maturity to delivering outcomes that delight and serve clients and team members alike.
Ange is driven by a deep passion for excellence and a genuine commitment to enabling systemic change — seeing leaders, teams and organisations empowered to thrive. She is recognised as the person who holds things together across multiple moving parts, geographies and stakeholder groups without losing sight of either the detail or the horizon.
Ange is a key enabler of the strategic execution of client experience across multiple geographies — providing ongoing leadership to the team and nurturing the client partnerships that underpin Sodia’s long-term success. She has proactively built long-standing relationships with key client stakeholders and consistently translates strategic intent into lived operational reality.
Her career includes leadership across corporate partnerships, community initiatives and complex event delivery. During her time at the Artesian Foundation, Ange was the key driver of connecting Australian corporates such as Medibank and Coles with causes working to empower youth in regional communities — curating outback experiences that were, for many participants, genuinely life-changing. It is the kind of work that reveals what Ange brings everywhere: the ability to create conditions where meaningful connection and commitment can follow.
Creating space for life is important to Ange, especially as the greatest champion (she believes) of her three children. Time with her family — including her nine-year-old German Shepherd — is where the heart is. After a childhood in Western Australia, Ange’s close second happy place is regular time at the beach.
