Sanj specialises in partnering with clients to navigate change and transformation. With a Master’s in Engineering Management and a background in IT, she brings a structured, analytical approach while focusing on the human side of organisational change.
At Sodia, Sanj leads the planning and delivery of projects with a strong emphasis on seamless execution and exceptional client experience. She is particularly passionate about enabling senior leaders to lead change effectively and foster collaboration within their teams.
Sanj has played a lead role in executing Sodia’s flagship Leadership Summits across Australia, South Africa, and Hong Kong, engaging senior leaders to co-create their change journey, equip them to lead transformation, align teams and embed leadership habits to drive and sustain organisational performance.
Outside of work, Sanj enjoys travelling with her husband and exploring new cultures. She is also a committed community volunteer and dedicates time to caring for stray animals whenever she visits India.
