She understands what organisations need beneath the surface: sound systems, commercial discipline, trusted relationships and the ability to turn strategic intent into lived operational reality.
Prior to Sodia, Lisa worked in both Australia and New Zealand in the industrial automation sector, and more recently founded her own consultancy practice, taking primarily product-based businesses from start-up to their first employee. Her background spans business operations, commercial leadership, employee relations, payroll, sales, strategy and operational management across organisations including Visy, Thomson Reuters, SATO New Zealand and Polperro Winery.
Lisa is passionate about wine, good food and spending as much time as possible at the beach with her family.
She brings the same straightforward, no-nonsense energy to her personal life that she brings to her work — clear on what matters, clear on how to get there.
