Nontuthuko Ngwenya brings a strong foundation in relationship management, organisational support and event logistics to the Sodia team. She holds a National Diploma in Public Relations and Communication and a background that includes marketing in radio broadcasting and a career built around serving people to ensure goals are met and outcomes achieved.
Nontuthuko provides operational support to the Sodia Team and is the person who ensures that the conditions for leaders and teams to do great work are in place — from venue selection to technology support to the logistics that allow our consultants and clients to show up fully. The relationships she has built with venues, suppliers and clients across South Africa are a genuine operational asset for Sodia. She does all of this with warmth, care and the kind of quiet reliability that those around her have come to depend on.
Nontuthuko’s creative outlet is floristry — she loves the process of making something beautiful. Outside of work, time with her husband, sisters and friends is where she recharges, along with long walks on the beach or in the park.
She has travelled across Lesotho, Swaziland, Mozambique, Zanzibar, Ghana, Kenya and Australia, and speaks isiZulu (her home language), English, and some Afrikaans and isiXhosa.
