Michelle Macaulay brings more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across both the private and public sectors in Australia. She is a systems thinker and thought leader across all aspects of Organisational Development — with deep expertise in culture change, leadership development, executive coaching, talent management and human capital strategy.
Michelle is passionate about helping organisations create the conditions for people to be the best version of themselves. She brings an authentic, open and inclusive approach that enables leaders and their teams to learn and grow together — holding both the complexity of the system and the individuality of the person with equal care.
With a track record spanning organisations including Bupa, National Australia Bank, the Transport Accident Commission and the Royal Children’s Hospital, Michelle has led large-scale organisational change and transformation programs. Her work is consistently underpinned by high-impact, evidence-based practice in culture change, leadership development and talent management — always connected to business strategy and commercial outcomes.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences, a Diploma of Business (Frontline Management) and is a Member of the Harvard Kennedy School Alumni. She is an IECL Level 3 Certified Organisational Coach, a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, and is accredited in the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect Global Competency Framework, The Leadership Circle Profile and the Lifestyle Inventory (LSI) and Group Style Inventory (GSI).
In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time with her family, friends and fuzzies, going for walks and catching a movie. She is also a passionate ally of the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities.
